Located in Shreveport, LA; we offer various classes to ensure everyone can indulge in the POLE Experience. POLE fitness classes are great for those who may be bored with their regular workout routine and want to try something new. POLE develops your physical strength, tones, & contours your body creating a new and fabulous you. Not only can you experience an exciting workout, you can increase flexibility, get fit and have fun.
Everyone ages 18-80 are welcome to visit our studio. The art of POLE is for the young & the young at heart. Because your safety is our #1 concern, EXPRESSIONS STUDIO is equipped with 6 stationary professional grade Lil’ Mynx dance poles. To accommodate those with smaller hands and beginners we offer 3 petite poles measuring 1.75” in diameter and 3 industry standard poles at 2” in diameter. Expressions Studio is proud to say these poles are manufactured in the USA.
