You’re feeling stronger and more confident during your pole lessons, and you completely ROCK! Now you are ready to grab on and tighten your core as you add the elbowstand situp, cross knee release, and gemini switches to your resume. A strong invert, inverted crucifix, and pole climb are required to enroll in this class.

Welcome to the art of vertical dance/POLE. In this class you will further your growth as a pole artist. As with everything else in life, POLE requires growth and can’t be mastered overnight. In this 8 week course, you will increase your strength, learn transitional moves, and gradually work your way up to pole holds, climbs, sitting positions, and spins. You will be astounded as you glide as effortlessly as a ballet dancer and land with the precision of a trained gymnast. This course will provide you with the basics for a minimal transition into Intermediate/Advanced Pole.
5:20pm-5:50pm/Tuesday & Thursday
In pole aerobics the central focus is pole sports. Pole Sports is the competitive form of pole fitness. Completely removing the erotic movement, this class is designed to tone your abs, legs, and arms to help achieve those weight loss goals.
3:15pm-4:15pm/2nd & 4th Saturday
Press play allows aerial artists time to focus and play like no one is watching. There’s no instruction. You provide your own music and headphones.
Wear comfortable workout clothes. Shorts are a must. Do not wear any jewelry or apply any lotion within 24 hours of your class or party. YOU WILL SLIDE & POSSIBLY INJURE YOURSELF/OTHERS! High heels shoes are optional. Bring a mat and a bottle of water.
